Worship with us Sundays at 10am

Worship with Us: What to Expect

At First Congregational Church of Evanston, we bring progressive liturgy to a traditional worship style that weaves together the fundamentals of our faith while also exploring the challenges of faith in the modern world. Our service lasts about an hour and includes scripture reading, hymns, a choir, prayer time, a children’s message, and a sermon.

Dress is casual and the seating is comfortable, including a special space for families with young children. Our building is ADA compliant and we offer large print bulletins and devices for hearing assistance. Following worship, you are invited to join the community in our fellowship space for coffee and conversation.

We would love to welcome you in person Sundays at 10 a.m.! You will find at 1445 Hinman. Our building is just east of Raymond Park, between Grove and Lake streets. We are walking distance from the Dempster Purple Line stop. Ample street parking is available on the streets around the church.
